Bear Naked has released two seasonal granola flavours for the US market in the build-up to autumn, responding to the increased demand for pumpkin-spice flavours in the autumn months.
Both the new Pumpkin Spice Granola and Pecan Pie Granola flavours are made with whole grains, honey, spices, nuts and other natural ingredients.
Each granola contains 2g of fibre, up to 6g of protein and fewer than 7g of sugar per serving, and are both non-GMO certified.
Jason Moraff, associate director of Marketing at Bear Naked said: “Americans spent $488.7 million on pumpkin spice-flavoured foods within the last year according to Nielsen and we know Bear Naked fans are always looking for new food experiences, so it was only natural for us to give unique take on classic favourites.
“With that insight and inspiration in mind, we reimagined the familiar flavour profiles of pumpkin and pecan pie, incorporating white chocolate chips and caramel pieces in our granola to mimic the creaminess that you get when eating pie a la mode.”
The seasonal flavours are available now for a limited time from Target, Walmart, Kroger, and Amazon Fresh stores in the US.
