HRC and IFE unite to form UK’s largest food, drink, catering and hospitality event

Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HRC) will collaborate with the International Food & Drink Exhibition (IFE) to create the UK’s largest food, drink, catering and hospitality celebration of the year. The event will take place between 22-24 March 2021 at London ExCel and will continue annually.

The three-day celebration will offer the opportunity for industry professionals to network with more than 45,000 others in the retail, hospitality and foodservice industry, as well as providing information on the latest innovations and consumer trends.

HRC, the UK’s largest event for the hospitality and foodservice industry currently welcomes 650 suppliers showcasing products from big brands to the latest innovations in catering equipment, food, drink, technology, interior design and tabletop solutions, while the 20,000 visitors are educated on the latest upcoming trends.

IFE is host to 1,250 global food and drink manufacturers with 25,000 visitors from retail, wholesale, hospitality and foodservice who attend to gain insight into the evolving market.

HRC and IFE will be working with Pro2Pac – ‘The UK’s only dedicated food & drink packaging event’ – offering professionals the opportunity to learn about packaging solutions, manufacturing innovation and future possibilities.

By merging three exhibitions together, this new event will aim to showcase the whole supply chain in one affair.
