Californian Beaumont Juice (trading as Perricone Juices) has agreed to purchase the remaining shares of Lambeth Groves (brand under United Juice Companies of America), that it did not currently own, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition of the Florida-based company enables Perricone Juices to provide its juice to customers on both coasts for a cost-effective price.
The current shareholders and operators of Lambeth Groves, Marc Craen and Dan Petry will join the leadership team at Perricone Juices. They will continue to lead the Vero Beach, Florida operations and sales teams under their roles as senior vice-president of operations and vice-president of sales, respectively.
Family-owned Perricone Juices manufactures and distributes a wide range of not-from-concentrate juice that is fresh, pasteurised and HPP, including orange, grapefruit, lemon, lime and tangerine. The company offers both conventional and organic varieties and has recently expanded its portfolio to include essential citrus oils.
Co-founder of Perricone Juices, Joe Perricone said: “We look forward to the opportunity for Lambeth employees to join us in servicing our customers and expanding the Perricone family values.
“Perricone Juices will work collaboratively with the entire Lambeth Groves team to continue to profitably grow our business and seek synergies and best practices that will benefit the new company and all of our employees.”
Bob Royzar, CEO and shareholder of Perricone Juices, said: “This acquisition enables us to bring the great team at Lambeth Groves into our supply network to provide our customers with the best tasting and highest quality juices available on both coasts.”
