Duncan Hines launches single-serve cake cups for keto diets

Conagra Brands-owned Duncan Hines has introduced a range of Keto Friendly Cake Cups in a move to meet the popular dietary needs.

With 5g net carbohydrates and no added sugar, the collection has been designed specifically for those seeking keto-friendly snacks and is available in three flavours: Walnut Fudge Brownie, Birthday Cake and Double Chocolate Cake.

According to Conagra Brands, the dessert treats are quick and easy to prepare offering a warm, delicious treat that’s ready in just minutes.

Consumers simply need to add water and butter before a minute in the microwave until the warm gooey treat is ready. Preparation instructions also include keto-friendly swaps for butter including avocado oil or coconut oil.

Beyond the new keto-friendly collection, Duncan Hines offers a diverse portfolio of single-serve cake cups including chocolate peanut butter, caramel brownie and lemon cake with vanilla frosting.

The Keto Friendly Cake Cups are available in stores across the US with an RRP of $2.15.
