US-based Karma Water has unveiled a new flavour for its Karma Wellness Water brand; elderberry starfruit.
According to the brand, the new Elderberry Starfruit Wellness Water flavour features the brand’s patented Push Cap technology, which contains and protects a proprietary blend of natural superfruits, antioxidants and vitamins.
To use the Push Cap, consumers need to peel off the protective seal, push the top of the cap to infuse the blend, then shake to ensure the vitamins are mixed into the beverage.
Once mixed, the beverage will contain a range of superfruit berry extracts, including açaí, pomegranate and cranberry, as well as antioxidants to promote health and immunity.
The Elderberry Starfruit Wellness Water also contains Zinc and 110% of seven essential vitamins, including Vitamin A, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D and Vitamin E, while each 18 fl.oz bottle contains 20 calories.
Each drink also contains tea polyphenols: antioxidants that help to support immune function, general health and wellbeing.
Elderberry Starfruit Wellness Water will be available in the US from major retailers such as Walmart, Kroger and CVS, with a suggested retail price of $2.49.
Last year, Constellation Brands announced that it had purchased a minority stake in Karma Wellness Water through its Constellation Ventures unit, the alcoholic beverage firm’s first venture into non-alcoholic drinks.
