Sun-Maid has released a new healthy alternative to chocolate peanut butter cups, as well as a limited-edition Halloween treat in the US.
The brand’s yogurt-covered raisins are now available in a chocolate and peanut butter variant and a PB&J flavour mashup (made with strawberry). Inspired by the peanut butter cup, Sun-Maid’s new duo aims to reimagine snacks for a healthier Halloween.
Chocolate and Peanut Butter Yogurt Covered Raisins and PB&J Yogurt Covered Raisins join the brand’s yogurt covered raisins range – which now features ten flavours – including combinations such as strawberry and vanilla, and chocolate and vanilla.
Meanwhile, Sun-Maid has also launched limited-edition glow-in-the-dark packaging for its sour raisin snacks and yogurt covered raisins variety packs.
The Halloween-themed sour raisin snacks come in 24 fun size pouches with 12 strawberry and 12 blue raspberry flavours, while the yogurt covered raisins are available in an 18-fun-sized pouch box in a chocolate and vanilla variety.
Sun-Maid’s snack products use natural fruit flavourings and contain no added sugar or artificial ingredients. The new ‘better-for-you’ snacks are available to buy at retailers nationwide.
This time last year, Sun-Maid expanded its chocolate raisins offering with three new flavours including a chocolate and peanut butter variant.
