Borden Dairy mixes salsa and sour cream in new dips

US dairy processor Borden Dairy has combined fresh salsa flavours with light sour cream to create its latest line of ‘one-of-a-kind’ dips.

Found in the dairy section, Borden’s Creamy Salsa aims to address the demand for pre-made dips with fresh ingredients.

To complement both snacks and meal, the Creamy Salsa range comes in three flavours: fire roasted, hot, and mild.  

The dips are made with tomatoes, onions, peppers, and a range of herbs and spices, mixed with real light sour cream. Each serving contains 25 calories, 1g of protein and 1g of sugar.

“Borden Creamy Salsa is a truly unique product offering, with no other salsa/sour cream combination currently offered on a wide scale,” said Mike Arsenault, national sales and marketing director at Borden Dairy.

Borden’s line of Creamy Salsas come in 12oz containers and can be purchased across the US for an RRP of $2.99-3.49.
