Australia’s Patties Foods buys ready-to-eat meals firm Fitness Outcomes

Australian food manufacturer Patties Foods has acquired ready-to-eat meals business Fitness Outcomes.

Fitness Outcomes is a healthy convenience food company that offers a direct-to-consumer delivery service for its prepared meals, as well as a subscription option.

In addition, the brand is stocked in Coles, Woolworths, independent stores and gyms.

Fitness Outcomes joins brands including Four’N Twenty, Herbert Adams and Nanna’s as part of the Patties Foods portfolio.

Victoria-based Patties Foods has been owned by private equity group Pacific Equity Partners since 2016.
