Charlie Bigham’s launches three new premium ready meals

Charlie Bigham’s has expanded its range of freshly prepared ready meals with the introduction of three new products in the UK.

Available in Waitrose stores nationwide, each dish serves two people and retails between £7 and £7.75.

Butter Chicken & Pilau Rice consists of marinated chicken in a mild and creamy butter sauce, served with pilau rice.  

Meanwhile, Smoked Haddock Gratin features smoked haddock in a crème fraîche and white wine sauce with spinach, topped with a potato rosti and mature Cheddar crumb.

Chicken Pad Thai includes chicken breast in a “sweet, zesty sauce”, mixed with edamame beans, roasted peanuts and rice noodles.

The new meals come after Charlie Bigham’s launched a Paneer Tikka Masala dish and a Thai Green Chicken Curry product last year.
