Enlightened debuts ‘mood-boosting’ mango frozen fruit bar

Beyond Better Foods-owned brand Enlightened has added a new ‘mood-boosting’ mango variety to its expanding line of low-sugar Fruit Infusions.

Enlightened launched its line of Fruit Infusions last summer, claiming that they were the first functional frozen fruit bars to come on the market.  

The Mango + Boost flavour joins the existing Fruit Infusions portfolio that includes Watermelon + Soothe, Strawberry + Chill, Pineapple + Renew, and Coconut + Immunity.

The new mango bar is made with real fruit and blended with what Enlightened claims is some of the best-known mood-boosting herbs and adaptogens including lemon balm, sage and green tea extract.

Each frozen bar contains 50 calories and 70% less sugar than traditional popsicles, according to Enlightened.

Enlightened’s Mango + Boost Fruit Infusions will be available to purchase from today online and in Walmart and ShopRite stores for an RRP of $5.99.
