Vilkyškių Pieninė, the parent company of Lithuanian dairy business Vilvi Group, has acquired the remaining 30% of the shares of Baltic Dairy Board.
Vilkyškių Pieninė, which purchased a 70% stake in the Latvian company in 2021, now owns a 100% share.
