The rebranding is the culmination of a 10-month initiative to integrate the two businesses following Berlin Packaging’s acquisition of All-Pak in March 2010.
All-Pak’s back-office business systems have also been migrated to Berlin Packaging’s Oracle/PeopleSoft enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform, enabling former All-Pak customers and suppliers to have access to Berlin Packaging’s advanced order, inventory and delivery management systems.
The combined Berlin Packaging/All-Pak organisation experienced double-digit sales growth in 2010, with each original entity also experiencing double-digit sales growth.
