Givaudan is a global leader in the creation of flavours and fragrances. The company produces scents and flavours for food and beverage makers, as well as for use in household goods, grooming and personal care products. The Swiss-based company achieved sales of CHF 5.5 billion ($5.4 billion) in 2018 and boasts a local presence in almost 150 locations, with more than 13,500 employees worldwide. In 2018, it bought out the botanical ingredient company Naturex, having previously owned a minority stake in the business.
