Heineken is one of the world’s largest producers of beer. Led by the Heineken brand, the group has a portfolio of more than 300 international, regional, local and speciality beers and ciders – including Amstel, Desperados, Sol, Red Strip, Tecate, Tiger, Birra Moretti, Strongbow and Orchard Thieves. It has also made a number of considerable plays into the craft beer scene, most notably with the acquisition of Lagunitas Brewing. Based in the Netherlands with facilities in more than 70 different countries, Heineken employs a total of 85,000 employees.
