Wimm-Bill-Dann

Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods manufactures and sells dairy, beverage and baby food products primarily in the Russian Federation.

Its principal dairy products include sterilised and pasteurised milk, and butter and cream, as well as traditional sour-milk products. The company sells its products through various sales channels, including independent distributors and wholesalers, supermarket chains, small- and medium-sized grocery stores, open air markets, pavilions and restaurants.

On 2 December 2010, PepsiCo agreed to buy 66% of Wimm-Bill-Dann for $3.8 billion.
