2 Sisters-owned Holland’s Pies launches Pork Pie

2 Sisters Food Group-owned Holland’s Pies, a UK manufacturer of frozen pies, has launched a new Pork Pie as it celebrates its 170th anniversary.

The Pork Pie features seasoned British pork covered in its signature pork pie pastry. The product can be baked from frozen in the oven for under 30 minutes. 

Holland’s Pies brand manager Leanne Holcroft said: “In the chilled retail market, Pork Pies are worth £228 million and yet they’re barely represented in the frozen pie sector, therefore showing a real opportunity for Holland’s to close the gap with a proper tasty pie of their own”.

Holcroft continued: “Consumers adore the great taste of Holland’s Pies, and after receiving positive feedback in taste tests, our frozen Pork Pies make an excellent choice for shoppers all year round, whether it’s for packed lunches, dinners, snacks or parties”.

The new flavour, which will be available in over 330 Farmfoods stores, comes frozen in packs of four with an RRP of £2.99.

Holland’s Pies is free of preservatives, MSG, artificial colours, flavours or added hydrogenated fats.
