San Francisco-based meat snacks producer 4505 Meats has launched a line of sausage links for its new 4505 Butcher’s Snacks brand.
The line includes three flavours – Original Recipe, made with caraway and thyme plants; Cheddar & Bacon; and Red Hot, which carries paprika, cayenne, coriander and mustard. Butcher’s Snacks are keto-certified, gluten-free and paleo-friendly.
The flavours are based on restaurant recipes including the “first-ever” uncured bacon and sausage cheddar snack. Each snack holds up to 24g of protein and contains no antibiotics, added hormones and nitrites or nitrates.
“I knew if 4505 was going to offer a meat snack, it had to be more sausage than stick,” said 4505 Meats founder, Ryan Farr. “Butcher’s Snacks are inspired by my favourite recipes and as a big sausage nerd, I am proud to offer these delicious Butcher’s Snacks to my fellow meat lovers.”
With an SRP of $2.99 per sausage link, Butcher’s Snacks can be purchased now on Amazon and at Sprouts Farmers Market, and will be available nationally at Whole Foods and other retail markets from this Autumn.
