AmbaFlex’s SpiralVeyor SV Series is a general purpose spiral conveyor system that can be applied in many industries and across a wide range of applications to maximise space in production facilities.
Space is an issue in production halls, regardless of the industry. The SpiralVeyor SlimLine programme is the most compact spiral elevator on the market, saving valuable floor space, keeping aisles and working areas free and making maximum use of the space between structures and floor beams/ ceiling beams.
The SlimLine version is designed with the core goal of saving valuable floor space, and is the world’s most compact spiral elevator. In some cases, a SlimLine SpiralVeyor requires only half the space that spiral conveyors from other brands may need.
For example, a SlimLine SpiralVeyor with a 300mm wide belt applied for secondary packaging with a diameter of 1240mm requires only 1,2m2 of floorspace, compared with the 4.5m2 needed for a fork elevator.
SlimLine SpiralVeyors can be fitted with one or more parallel individual driven conveyor tracks arranged parallel to each other, and each conveyor guarantees continuous flow.
Furthermore, many other options are available to customise/configure this spiral conveyor for specific applications and functions.
