US nutraceuticals manufacturer Armada Nutrition, a subsidiary of Nagase Group, has announced its plans to open a new contract manufacturing facility.
The new facility will be located in Utah and will be 438,000 square feet in size.
Armada Nutrition plans to use the new plant to broaden its operation capacity and meet increasing demand from the health and nutrition sectors.
Armada says that the facility expands synergies with sister company Prinova – a distributor of amino acids, proteins, sweeteners and other functional ingredients.
Brent Laffey, Armada president, commented: “Our approach with Armada has been to offer the speed, service and innovation that the industry demands, while delivering the quality and safety standard you would expect from a publicly traded company”.
The manufacturing facility will be fully operational by Q2 in 2022.
