Unilever-owned Ben & Jerry’s has added four new flavours to its Moo-phoria ice cream range, to meet the rising consumer demand for low-calorie ice cream options.
The new four flavours in the Moo-phoria range include: Cherry Garcia with a Twist, Mocha Fudge Brownie, PB Marshmallow and Chocolate Cookie EnlightenMint.
Each flavour contains between 140-160 calories per half pint serving, and ice cream used for each flavour is made from organic milk and cream and non-GMO ingredients.
Flavours in the range contain chunks of ingredients such as marshmallows, brownies, cherries, chocolate cookies and more, but with a fraction of the calories of conventional ice cream pints.
The new Moo-phoria ice creams are available from selected US retailers with a suggested retail price of $4.89.
This range extension follows on from Unilever’s decision to launch the new light prebiotic ice cream brand Culture Republick earlier this week.
