Beyond Better Foods has expanded its Enlightened ice cream portfolio with the introduction of a new Salted Caramel Cookie flavour.
The new sea salt caramel light ice cream features cookie pieces and ribbons of caramel.
The latest addition to the Enlightened range is said to contain 400 calories per pint and 60% less sugar than traditional ice cream.
The new Salted Caramel Cookie flavour is available via the brand’s website and is rolling out to retailers including ShopRite, Kroger, Harris Teeter, Albertsons and Safeway.
The launch follows the introduction of new sugar-free Enlightened cones, containing only 30 calories, earlier this year.
