Blue Diamond Growers has announced the launch of new baking mixes and cups made with almond flour across the US.
With almond flour as the main ingredient, the new products aim to meet consumer demand for better-for-you options in the baking aisle and follow the successful launch of Blue Diamond Almond Flour last year.
Blue Diamond’s Baking Mixes come in four varieties: Brownie, Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Chip Cookie and Yellow Cake.
According to the brand, Tasty Little Cup offers a healthier version of a mug cake. Individually packaged, consumers simply need to add water to the cup and microwave it for one minute.
Tasty Little Cup is also available in four varieties: Molten Chocolate Cake, Brownie with Diced Almonds, Chocolate Cake and Confetti Cake.
Both lines are gluten-free, dairy-free, kosher certified and non-GMO project verified.

Blue Diamond’s Baking Mixes and Tasty Little Cup lines will be available from May at grocery stores nationwide.
