Campari Group has announced the launch of a new range of non-alcoholic infusions, The Notes Collection.
The three expressions – The Bitter Note, The Vibrant Note and The Hidden Note – can be enjoyed as a non-alcoholic serve or mixed with spirits.
The collection draws upon Campari’s experience in bitters and liqueurs, and aims to inspire bartenders and unleash their creativity.
The new offerings can be used in cocktails and mocktails, or enjoyed neat as an apéritif or after a meal.
The Bitter Note is said to offer ‘cooling bitterness’ and herbal freshness with hints of myrrh and incense. The key ingredients – peppermint, cinchona bark and juniper – are combined in a rich, dark brown liquid.
Featuring notes of sour hibiscus, combined with Sichuan pepper, ginger and quassia, The Vibrant Note is a ‘floral and bittersweet’ pink infusion.
The Hidden Note is said to be intense, velvety and slightly bitter, combining zedoaria, mace and yellow gentian.
Francesco Cruciani, managing director Italian icons at Campari Group, said: “We are introducing superior liquid to the non-alcoholic category. In these three deeply complex non-alcoholic expressions mixologists and adventure seekers uncover layer upon layer of flavour.
“Each Note has its own unique character to take a drinker on an alluring sensory journey of discovery. Each Note creates boundless new opportunities for inventive serves and mixological experimentation, for before and after meals as well as early evening and late at night.”
