US-based energy snack firm, Clif Bar & Company, has entered the cereal aisle for the first time with its latest product offering.
Containing at least 7g of both protein and fibre per serving, Clif Cereal is said to be made with 30-40% less sugar than other leading cereal brands.
Four flavours are available: blueberry & almond butter, which is made with organic oats; apple cinnamon & almond butter, featuring crispy flakes made from hard red winter wheat, quinoa, buckwheat and sorghum; honey & peanut butter; and chocolate & peanut butter, which is made with cocoa from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms.
Clif Cereal can be found at Walmart stores across the US and will also be available via the company’s website from 6 July.
Last year, Clif Bar appointed former Tyson Foods executive Sally Grimes as its new CEO.
