Conagra Brands-owned Healthy Choice has expanded its portfolio with the launch of a new range of Power Dressings.
Free from artificial flavours, dairy and soy, the new dressings are available in four flavours: Creamy Ranch, Creamy Italian, Garden French, and Greener Goddess.
The latest additions to the Healthy Choice Power line combine vegetables, including cauliflower, spinach and bell pepper, with a savoury blend of herbs and spices.
With 45kcal or less per serving, the dressings are said to provide an ideal base for ‘better-for-you’ spins on a range of recipes.
“Healthy Choice Power Dressings will take your salads to a whole new level,” said Lubo Zhotev, senior brand manager of Healthy Choice, at Conagra Brands.
“The dressings bring bold flavors with better-for-you benefits and can be used in so many different ways – we can’t wait to see how our fans use the dressings to get creative during mealtimes.”
Chef Katie Lee, who has collaborated with Healthy Choice to create recipes using the new dressings, said: “These dressings are delicious, healthy and incredibly versatile – which is especially important right now as we all get creative with ingredient substitutions.
“Luckily, Healthy Choice Power Dressings taste great on almost anything – I use them as a marinade for chicken or fish, and they’re also good on grilled veggies, which are all fun and easy meal options now that the weather is warmer.”
Healthy Choice Power Dressings are available, for an RRP of $3.99 per 12oz bottle, from retailers in the US.
The new products join Healthy Choice’s Power Bowls as part of its Power line. The frozen meal bowls feature flavours such as Korean-Inspired Beef and Shitake Chicken, and the range was expanded in 2018 with the introduction of new breakfast variants.
