Diageo has revealed an extension of its “ultra-premium” Cîroc vodka portfolio with the limited-edition black raspberry variant.
The launch marks the brand’s first winter edition and follows on from recent Summer Colada and French vanilla flavour launches.
Cîroc black raspberry infuses five times distilled vodka with “the delicate natural flavours of fresh, crushed black raspberry essence to create a distinct smooth finish”.
Rich Larkin, head of Diageo Reserve GB, said: “We’re incredibly excited to be launching Cîroc black raspberry. Cîroc is a brand rooted in style and celebration, and the latest variant really adds vibrancy to cocktails both out in bars and restaurants or in the home this winter, just in time for the celebratory season.
“It’s a great time for premium vodka which remains in growth by both volume and value, up 10.5% and 9.4% respectively, with Cîroc driving this, up 14.4% by volume and 24.6% by value. This is the first time we have launched a winter expression for Cîroc, so we’re looking forward to getting it out there for consumers and bartenders to experiment and of course, celebrate with in the run up to Christmas and New Year.”
Presented in a black and gold bottle, the new expression is available from November priced at £39 and with an ABV of 37.5%.
