UK brand Earlybirds has launched to market with a range of vegan-friendly “snacking drinks” packaged in compostable bottles.
Earlybirds aims to make mornings easier by providing a healthy and convenient solution for breakfasts and snacking.
The drinks have no added sugar, contain 20-30% of a consumer’s recommended intake of fibre and are available in two flavours: berry bircher, and mango and oats.
Founder Amrit Hathiramani had the idea for Earlybirds when he struggled to fit breakfast into his busy lifestyle.
“In a market that is so full of innovation, it’s very difficult to stand out,” he said. “At Earlybirds we are committed to being as innovative as possible for the time-poor, health-conscious consumers we aspire to please, both with the products we create and the packaging we use.
“We’ve stripped back our brand design to be sleek and easy to understand at a glance, ensuring it can cut through all the noise.”
Currently, Earlybirds drinks are packaged in compostable bottles made from sugarcane and a recyclable lid. By October, the brand will also add sugarcane lids, meaning the packaging will be 100% made from plants.
Both variants are now available in the UK for £2.25 per bottle.
