Eden Mill expands ready-to-drink gin cocktail line with Love Bellini

Scottish gin and whisky distiller Eden Mill has boosted its Mixology Project range of pre-mixed cocktails with a new beverage called Love Bellini.

The 5.8% ABV drink has been crafted using Eden Mill’s Love Gin and is presented in a 250ml ready-to-pour aluminium pink bottle.

Eden Mill said vanilla and raspberry flavours create a “balanced and luxurious mix that plays beautifully against the complex, botanical backbone of Love Gin”.

Love Bellini joins four other gin cocktails already in the Mixology Project range: Basil Smash, Citrus Fizz, Roasted Martini and Berry Bramble.

Paul Miller, co-founder of Eden Mill, said: “We are excited to release the Love Bellini as part of our Mixology Project range at Glasgow’s Summer Nights at the Bandstand. You can expect a very Eden Mill twist on a classic cocktail, which is perfect for summer festivals or enjoying on summer evenings in the garden.

“The Love Bellini pre-mixed bottle means Eden Mill can be enjoyed anywhere and are sure to be very popular with new and current customers this summer.” 

The cocktail is now retailing in the UK at £2.50 individually and at £25 for a crate of 12.

St Andrews-based Eden Mill earlier this year acquired English beer maker Eden River Brewery, in a move to “drastically increase production”.
