Enlightened enters Canada with exclusive ice cream line-up

Beyond Better Foods has expanded its US ice cream brand Enlightened into Canada with the launch of exclusive Canadian keto-friendly pints.

Like its other products, the 0g sugar ice cream is made using natural sweeteners – erythritol, monk fruit and xylitol – that Enlightened claims won’t spike consumers’ blood sugar.

While some draw on inspiration from existing US flavours, the range features all new variants and are permanent additions to the Enlightened brand portfolio.

The gluten-free pints come in six flavours: coffee chip, mint chocolate, vanilla bean, caramel fudge, chocolate and glazed donut.

From now through March 2021, the exclusive Canadian pints are rolling out in stores such as 7-Eleven, Metro and Whole Foods.
