Beyond Better Foods is adding to its Enlightened ice cream brand’s Keto Collection range in the US with two new flavours.
Caramel dark chocolate peanut, which is described as “the most indulgent” ice cream bar in the line, is made with caramel ice cream rolled in crushed peanuts and dipped in keto-friendly chocolate. It is available in a bar format.
Caramel chocolate double dough, which will be sold in pints, features a swirl of caramel and chocolate ice cream with brownie bites and chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough.
Like all Keto Collection flavours, each serving of the new variants contains 1g net carbs and less than 1g of sugar.
“We love to push the boundaries of flavours while maintaining sound nutrition,” said Enlightened CEO and founder, Michael Shoretz “We’re excited to give fans two uniquely decadent ice creams that just happen to be ultra-low sugar and keto-friendly.”
Caramel dark chocolate peanut is now available and caramel chocolate double dough will launch in March.
New York City-based Beyond Better Foods launched the Keto Collection last August. Other flavours in the range include butter pecan, chocolate glazed donut, coffee and cream, chocolate peanut butter, mint chocolate chunk, peanut butter fudge, and red velvet.
