Dairy brand The Collective will expand its Happy Hour cocktail-inspired range of yogurts in the UK with a new espresso martini variant.
The product combines The Collective’s signature yogurt with a conserve featuring a blend of Colombian coffee beans and a dash of vodka.
The launch comes two months after the brand released piña colada yogurt – the first flavour in the Happy Hour range.
Amelia Harvey, co-founder of The Collective, said: “Following the success of piña colada, we’re so excited to launch the next flavour in our Happy Hour range, espresso martini.
“Happy Hour epitomises what we’re all about as a brand; combining our award-winning taste with a feel-good campaign that will sure put a smile on consumers’ faces, as we bring their ideal happy hours to life in homes and offices alike with our fun social media campaign.
“We know that now more than ever, consumers are searching for that moment or time in a day that brings them happiness and our delicious new espresso martini gourmet yogurt, as well as the exciting Happy Hour flavours we have in the pipeline, will do just that.”
Like the whole The Collective yoghurt range, the new variant is free from artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. It is suitable for vegetarians, uses British milk, is gluten free and “packed” with live cultures.
The limited-edition espresso martini yogurt will be available from early August in a 450g pot with a recommended retail price of £2.19.
