Fonterra to close office in Egypt

Fonterra has announced that it is closing its office in Egypt following a review of its sales model within the market.

The co-op will continue, however, serving its customers in Egypt via its other offices

Due to macroeconomic challenges and a review of our sales model within the market, we have made the difficult decision to close our office in Egypt. This affects eight valued team members, and we are committed to supporting them through this transition. Egypt will continue to be an important market for us, and we will continue to serve our customers there via our other offices in the Middle East and Africa.
