US meat snack brand Jack Link’s has revealed new packaging for its beef jerky in the UK which aims to educate consumers about the range.
It is hoped the fresh packaging will appeal to a wider audience. The beef jerky line is available in three flavours: original, sweet and hot, and teriyaki. Each pack contains lean beef and will be available nationwide in 25g and 75g varieties.
Jack Link’s said the new packaging will share the jerky story from field to packet and “educate consumers on the quality and tradition instilled in creating mouth-watering beef jerky”.
Pavan Chandra, marketing manager at Jack Link’s, said: “We think this brand new packaging will be more appealing to our consumers. Following the launch of our biltong range earlier this year, we are keen to provide shoppers with a more streamlined look and feel for the full Jack Link’s snacking range, making it easier for shoppers to identify our brand.”
He continued: “As well as this, the new packaging aims to communicate the authentic brand story, high quality and tradition used in making Jack Link’s beef jerky. Jack Link’s is one of the fastest growing brands in the ambient snacking category in the UK and we are dedicated to driving the category forward and bringing innovation to the market, while appealing to a wider audience.’’
Jack Link’s beef jerky is available in the UK with a recommended retail price of £1.50 for a 25g pack and £3.00 for a 75g pack.
Earlier this year the brand expanded its portfolio in the US with a range of high-protein snack bars.
