Kellogg’s Pop-Tarts brand has expanded its range with the launch of new Pop-Tarts Pretzel in the US.
In a move that the toaster pastries brand describes as ‘giving the classic snack a ‘sweet’ new makeover’, the new product adds a flavour twist on a consumer’s snack fix.
Featuring the sweetness of Pop-Tarts toaster pastries combined with a salty pretzel crust, the new snack contains 390 calories and is available in two flavours: Chocolate and Cinnamon Sugar.
“Pop-Tarts is always ingeniously creating new ways to enjoy familiar, loved foods,” said Joe Beauprez, marketing director of Pop-Tarts.
Beauprez added: “With the debut of Pop-Tarts Pretzel, we’ve fixed a snacking staple, and added two more delicious options to our line-up of flavours.”
Pop-Tarts Pretzel will be available nationwide from January 2020 for an RRP of $3.49.
