British free-from brand Livia’s, formerly known as Livia’s Kitchen, has unveiled a fresh brand positioning alongside a new range of dipping cookies.
The Dunx range consists of oat cookies accompanied by a dipping sauce. Three variants will be available: caramel almond swirl, peanut butter and jelly, and choco hazel crunch. All are vegan and free from gluten.
The new brand positioning has been created in response to growing consumer demand for better-for-you indulgence and to appeal to a more mainstream audience.
Strong visuals and brighter graphics have been used in a move to create greater stand out on shelf. Dunx is the first Livia’s line to showcase the new look.
The news follows a strong year for Livia’s, having expanded its availability from 30 to more than 2,000 UK stores in the past 12 months.
Livia’s founder Olivia Wollenberg said: “Dunx is a really exciting launch for us as there really is nothing else like it on the market. Who doesn’t like to dunk their cookies into something delicious? We know there is increasing demand for better-for-you indulgent treats that deliver on taste and that is what we always guarantee.
“We pride ourselves on bringing the most innovative products to market which surprise and delight, and ensure that only the most simple and natural ingredients are used. This product is truly one for everyone. Launching in queues at Tesco Express is a dream come true. Dunx deserve to be accessed by all, and now they will be.”
The Dunx range will go on sale at 600 Tesco Express stores in the UK as of 18 February, each retailing for £1.79.
