Minus Global buys food waste company Planet Earth

Minus Global Holdings has acquired food waste company Planet Earth in a move to expand its proprietary technology offerings.

Toronto-based Planet Earth is a provider of organic recycling services and currently offers several landfill diversion alternatives to food waste collection customers.

The acquisition will accelerate Planet Earth’s service offering, including its Orca Digester technology that can measure and minimise the amount of food purchased and aerobically digest unavoidable waste.
