UK-based vending-solutions company Montagu Group Limited has combined five of its subsidiaries to form a new brand called The Vending People, claiming that the new brand will be the “UK’s largest independent vending company.”
The Vending People brand is comprised of Montagu’s LTT Vending, West Country Vending, South Wales Vending, Cambridge Vending and Snacktime Vending units, and was officially formed on 15 May 2019.
Comprising over 200 operators and 50 engineers supporting 9,000 vending machines, the new brand will continue to supply solutions such as vending machines, coffee machines and water dispensers to workplaces and office, bringing national scale to help support large multi-site organisations as well as smaller companies.
The Vending People will offer a full service to businesses, including machine sales and installation, technical support, and restocking services.
Paul Arnold, general manager at The Vending People said: “Our new brand is a significant step in bringing together our collective experience and expertise; demonstrating our clear vision to become the UK’s most recommended vending company.
“We don’t do one size fits all. Every customer is treated as an individual with a solution tailored to their needs, whether that’s a vending machine for a high footfall area or a tabletop coffee machine to produce high-quality bean to cup coffee.
“Our in house retail analyst’s work to ensure our machines are filled with the bestselling products to help support employee satisfaction and even drive revenue where appropriate.”
Montagu Group, the Northern-Ireland affiliate of major snacks brand Tayto, first entered the vending market in April 2017 with the purchase of Freedom Refreshments, the owner of LTT vending.
