Nestlé has expanded its KitKat offering in the UK with the launch of a seasonal caramelised biscuit flavour.
The new limited-edition variant features milk chocolate with “warm caramel notes and flavours of cinnamon and spice”, alongside the brand’s trademark crisp wafer.
“With its warming spiced caramel flavour, our newest two-finger KitKat is a delicious treat to enjoy with a hot drink this season,” said Alicia Gardner, assistant brand manager for KitKat.
“Inspired by the flavours of speculoos, the traditional Belgian spiced cookie, this is a limited-edition flavour, only available for winter months, so don’t forget to try some before they are gone.”
Nestlé says that the new KitKat offering, like the rest of the brand’s range, is made from 100% sustainable cocoa, sourced through the Nestlé Cocoa Plan in conjunction with the Rainforest Alliance.
With an RRP of £1.50, KitKat Caramelised Biscuit is available in multipacks of nine two-finger bars from supermarkets, convenience stores and value retailers.
Earlier this year, Nestlé announced the launch of a vegan KitKat variant in the UK.
