Ocean Spray unveils caffeinated sparkling beverages

Ocean Spray Cranberries has introduced Ocean Spray Wave, a line of caffeinated sparkling waters featuring a splash of fruit juice.

Launching exclusively with Walmart, the new beverages aim to provide a healthier option for consumers looking to avoid sugary caffeine drinks.

Ocean Spray Wave contains 50mg of caffeine from black tea, no added sugar, and is free from artificial flavours, preservatives and sweeteners.

The new offering is available in four flavours: strawberry & lemon, mango & passionfruit, mandarin & blackberry and cranberry & pineapple.

“Ocean Spray Wave bridges the gap for consumers who want a lightly caffeinated option – with the convenience and flavour of soda – but without the added sugars,” said Kim McAllister, director of innovation at Ocean Spray.

“We are excited to share yet another product that innovates and diversifies our line of drinks and snacks beyond the juice aisle as we welcome all new and existing fans of Ocean Spray let Ocean Spray Wave bring some vibrancy to your day.”

Ocean Spray Wave is available online and in store at Walmart, as well as at Select Sam’s Club locations.

Last year, Ocean Spray Cranberries unveiled a new functional beverage brand, B1U.
