Office Watercoolers acquires Waterflo and Brightwater

Office Watercoolers has acquired UK-based water cooler businesses Waterflo and Brightwater, adding to the series of purchases the company has made over the last 18 months.

Bolton-based Waterflo and Poulton-headquartered Brightwater both supply bottled and mains-fed coolers to customers in the UK, and are both owner-managed businesses.

The purchase of the two companies has been made as part of a concerted expansion strategy by Office Watercoolers, which also saw the company acquire Phoenix Water Coolers, Aquastations Water Coolers and Smart Water Coolers in 2018.

Office Watercoolers claims that acquisitions made during this period coupled with organic growth have doubled the size of its installed cooler base to around 20,000 units.
