Primo Water Corporation acquires Polish water solutions distributor

Primo Water Corporation has announced its purchase of Get Fresh and the company’s Dar Natury water brand, as it looks to strengthen its presence in Poland.

Dar Natury supplies spring water to offices and homes. Primo expects the acquisition to add approximately 20,000 customers to its footprint in Poland, expanding its existing base of more than 20,000 customers.

According to the statement, Get Fresh customers will begin to receive Dar Natury from Primo’s Eden Poland operations.

Primo’s CEO, Tom Harrington, said: “Get Fresh offers high-quality water solutions and delivers superior customer service in a way that aligns with our mission of inspiring healthier lives through better quality water”.  

Harrington continued: “The addition of Get Fresh expands the Primo footprint and customer density in a fast-growing region and furthers our vision of providing pure-play water solutions whenever, wherever and however our customers want them”.
