Symrise has launched 11 new nut flavours and a new virtual reality experience, which will provide information on Symrise’s range of nutty flavours.
The new range is suitable for use in a wide range of products, and has been tested for applications such as cream fillings, cakes and cookies, as well as other baked goods and chocolates.
Symrise’s new flavours include hazelnut, pistachio and peanut, and the new flavours have been created to cater to the demand from customers in the Africa & Middle East region and in Turkey.
The company claims that each flavour follows a fixed standard, remaining stable for an extended period, and they are manufactured in an environmentally responsible way,
To access the virtual reality experience customers use the Oculus Go headset, which allows viewers to explore Symrise’s nut flavours on their own and learn more about the nut flavour that interests them.
Lisa Wulf, junior marketing manager Sweet Flavor Division EAME of Symrise. “We’d like to share our enthusiasm for good taste as well as bring it to life, which is why we’re eager to enter uncharted territory technologically speaking.
