Taco Bell unveils ‘scorching’ Reaper Ranch Tortilla Chips

Taco Bell has added to its range of retail snacks by releasing new Reaper Ranch Tortilla Chips in the US.

Taco Bell claims that the Reaper Ranch snacks have been inspired by its Reaper Ranch sauce, which incorporates one of the ‘world’s hottest peppers’ in order to create a ‘scorching’ taste experience.

The limited-edition Reaper Ranch Tortilla Chips will be sold in 3.5-oz and 9.25-oz bags, and will be available at regional and national retailers, including CVS, 7-Eleven, Walmart and Circle K.

Taco Bell’s senior director of retail engagement and experience, Jennifer Arnoldt said: “We’ve seen our fans incorporate chips into entrees, sprinkled on salads and, of course, enjoyed as the best grab-and-go snack.

“No one expected us to come out with a flavour hotter than Diablo, and we’re excited to show our fans that we’re constantly innovating when it comes to giving them access to the Taco Bell flavours they know and love in unique and unexpected new ways.”
