Tipplesworth’s mixer portfolio includes passion fruit martini and espresso martini variants.
Tipplesworth has added a passion fruit martini to its portfolio of cocktail mixers in the UK, following six months of product development.
The drink combines passion fruit, guava, pineapple and lime, balanced with notes of vanilla and marshmallow. The passion fruit martini cocktail can be created by adding vodka to the beverage, shaking over ice and straining into a glass.
London-based Tipplesworth, which was founded by entrepreneur Frankie Snobel, set out to develop cocktail mixers that make it easy for consumers to create delicious drinks from their own homes.
The new beverage is now on sale in Waitrose stores in the UK with a recommended retail price of £6.99 per 500ml bottle (ten serves).
“We’re so excited to be launching our passion fruit martini just in time for the summer cocktail season,” said Snobel. “ We know the pornstar martini is the UK’s most popular cocktail (with over 14% of the market share) so it made sense for us to add our delicious twist to this cocktail classic.
“The passion fruit martini took us over six months to perfect, in terms of both flavour profile and presentation, and we’re proud to have created a quality product that delivers a long shelf life without compromising on ingredients or taste.
“Having the support of Waitrose as our first supermarket listing marks a really exciting step change in our business, as we look to appeal to a wider audience and continue to raise the profile of the Tipplesworth brand.”
The packaging of the mixer aims to celebrate the brand’s fun approach to cocktail making, featuring bold and bright colours and a glittery holographic foil.
Other mixers in the Tipplesworth range include espresso martini and garden collins.
