TricorBraun purchases Continental Bottle Company and DiBro

TricorBraun has acquired UK-based glass packaging provider, Continental Bottle Company (CBC), and its affiliate, glass decorator DiBro.

CBC is a provider of primary glass packaging for the cosmetic and fragrance industries, while its affiliate, DiBro, serves beverage markets within the spirits and wine sectors, as well as cosmetic and fragrance industries, with knowledge and expertise in glass decorating.

The acquisitions will expand TricorBraun’s European presence and CBC and DiBro will continue to function as separate, stand-alone businesses.

Financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
