Waterlogic acquires Q water

Waterlogic has expanded its premium water offering with the acquisition of Q water, a Canadian provider of filtered water systems for on-demand still and sparkling water.

Founded in 2007 by Paula Tekela, Q water is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, and serves a customer base throughout the US and Canada. The acquisition supports Waterlogic’s growth strategy, proving an expansion of its water line with a group of customers throughout North America.

The purchase of Q water marks the fourteenth acquisition completed by Waterlogic in 2021.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Earlier this month, Waterlogic acquired a US water purifying business Smart Water Memphis.
