UK cheese maker Wensleydale Creamery has teamed up with Masons Yorkshire Gin to create a new gin-flavoured cheese.
Called Yorkshire Wensleydale with caramelised orange and Masons Yorkshire gin cheese, the product is said to create a “deliciously indulgent flavour” to be enjoyed by cheese and gin lovers alike.
In search of a new cheese pairing for its Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese, and responding to the continuing popularity of gin, the Wensleydale Creamery said it found the perfect partner with Masons Yorkshire Gin.
Wensleydale Creamery branded packaging features the Masons Yorkshire Gin logo in a move to highlight the provenance of the gin used to make the cheese.
