UK-based ice cream brand Wheyhey has released a line of alcohol-infused, sugar-free ice creams for the Christmas season.
The limited-edition range includes: Mulled Wine, a take on the spicy festive drink packed with fruity flavours and star anise; Champagne, containing bitter flavours against a vanilla ice cream; and Eggnog, which comprises grated nutmeg, a blend of rum and bourbon, whipped eggs, and cream.
“We often worry about overindulging during the festive period. But fear not, our three flavours are sugar-free, low in calories and high in protein,” said Dan Kaminski, head of innovation at Wheyhey.
The new range is available via the brand’s website for an RRP of £6 per 500ml tub.
