Halewood Wines & Spirits-owned gin brand Whitley Neill is launching two new limited-edition flavoured gin products in the UK.
According to the brand, the new Brazilian Lime and Strawberry & Black Pepper flavours are inspired by the latest flavour trends in the flavoured gin category – citrus and strawberry – and creator Johnny Neill’s experiences.
Brazilian Lime aims to cater to the growing demand for citrus-based cocktails and citrus-flavoured gins, and features limes balanced by freshly-picked juniper, and finished with undertones of liquorice.
Meanwhile, the Strawberry & Black Pepper flavour belnds freshly-picked Devon strawberries with black peppercorns, finished with a summery strawberry jam kick.
Kelly Coughlan, manager for white spirits at Halewood Wines & Spirits, said: “The popularity of flavoured gin is showing no sign of slowing down – driven in part by lockdown, with people becoming generally more experimental with new flavours and formats.
“Our Whitley Neill flavoured gin variants have always appealed to those more experimental tastes, and these two new flavours are no exception – bringing beautifully balanced, fruity flavours which take inspiration from around the world”.
Both 43% ABV flavours are available in 70cl bottles, with a suggested retail price of £26.
