Wimm-Bill-Dann secures $98m credit line

Wimm-Bill-Dann said in disclosure documents on Monday that it had also agreed on overdraft facilities in the amount of 500m roubles for 180 days.

The company’s board chairman David Yakobashvili said in December 2008 that Wimm-Bill-Dann was seeking around 5bn roubles from banks for at least 12 months.

Wimm-Bill-Dann, in which French food group Danone holds about 18%, also produces juice and baby food.
